Mrs. Cheston has exhibited an unmistakable capacity to facilitate and maintain a stable collegial environment, thereby allowing emphasis to be placed on what is important and what is possible to fully realize the district’s SMT education mission. This continues to occur through teamwork and her active support of teaching and learning as she provides pertinent resources; engages in mentoring and problem-solving; and works with teachers in their classrooms and schools.
