Megan: Final Thoughts

I came into this Beijing trip knowing it was going to be a great experience, but tomorrow we start on our way home and I don’t want to go! I have made such amazing memories and friends during these days in Beijing and I know I will never forget them. Getting to know Nancy, Joan and Leo has been great and I am leaving Beijing with three new, amazing friends! This was my first time experiencing this new culture, and I never thought I could end up feeling so at home halfway around the world. From exposure to science from around the globe, to experiencing iconic landmarks, to adapting to the craziness of Beijing, this was atrip that I will never forget.
