There are so many people everywhere you look in Beijing, but from the moment we met our translators – Nancy, Joan, and Leo – their smiling faces and warm welcome followed us wherever we went. Upon arriving at the completion, it was immediately clear that this welcoming attitude wasn’t limited to our guides. I felt so welcomed and appreciated; it was awesome to see people come together in support of science education.
