Rachel: Reflection on Competition

The past three days of setup, judging, and ceremony have flown by, but by far, my favorite part was the last morning, being swarmed by school children interested in science! It was so surprising to me that kids of such a young age would choose to spend their morning looking at science projects, and not even in their own language. I was impressed to say the least. Overall, interacting with such a great, talented group of people was an incredible and inspiring experience. I’ll be sure to take a bit of their excitement back home with me.
