Elementary Science Specialist for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Honored for Work in STEM Education
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — Wayne Fisher, the elementary science specialist for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools has received the 2016 Outstanding Administrator Award from the North Carolina Science, Mathematics, and Technology Education (SMT) Center. Mr. Fisher was recognized on April 30 in Cary, N.C. at the annual SMT Celebration.
The award recognizes outstanding contributions by an administrator in advancing STEM education in North Carolina.
